Scallion Pancake / Cong Zhua Bing

Scallion pancakes are hugely popular and can be found almost everywhere. They consist of fried dough and scallions and are often served with an egg.

You Tiao

You tiao is a delicious fried cruller, sometimes served in a bun, or with soy milk for dipping.

Fan Tuan

Fan tuan is essentially a sticky rice roll with a you tiao center that can be prepared with a variety of fillings. Common options include seaweed, pork floss, pickled raddish, pickled greens and braised egg.

Congee is a specialty porriage that has endless possibilities for customization. Pickled cucumbers, miso tofu, chilli bamboo shoots, black soybeans, sweet potato and preserved egg are only a few of the many options available.
